Our story

Bornean ingredients, Italian technique.

Kinabalu Gelato began with a simple idea: make a daily dessert that feels local, careful, and bright. Every batch is churned in the morning, then served fresh from our Gaya Street shop.

The menu changes with what tastes best: Tarap, Bambangan, mango, coconut, roasted nuts, chocolate, and the Tenom coffee Sabah is known for.
